About the Role:

The HR Business Insights Operations Specialist is a pivotal role focused on enhancing organizational culture through the management and support of employee listening platforms and survey programs, and project coordination across the broader People Analytics team. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure the effective execution and operation of HR Business Insights initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Project Tracking and Management: Track the progress of various projects within the People Analytics team, identifying blockers, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals and delivered on expected timelines.

Platform Management: Serve as the primary operational support contact for employee listening platforms and technologies (e.g., Glint and Qualtrics), managing technical issues, user access, and platform functionalities.

Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users of the listening platforms and technologies, enhancing their ability to utilize the tools effectively.

Data Management and Reporting: Extract, reformat, and manage data from listening platforms using Excel to create user-friendly reports and insights for decision-making.

Communication and Coordination: Develop, coordinate, and manage communication plans and distribution lists, ensuring alignment across various departments and timely execution of survey campaigns.

Documentation and Quality Control: Create and maintain detailed documentation and reference materials for survey programs, performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all initiatives.

Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with culture leads, HR operations, talent operations, and other stakeholders to align efforts and optimize the impact of employee listening strategies.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with HR platforms (e.g. Workday, Visier, Glint, Qualtrics).

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve technical and operational issues.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy required for data management, documentation, and quality control.

Analytical Ability: Capable of managing large datasets and transforming complex data into user-friendly reports.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with and updating stakeholders.

Data Sensitivity: Ability to handle sensitive data responsibly, with an understanding of privacy and compliance requirements. null
