We are hiring a Regional Director, Client Operations to oversee our clients in the Pacific Northwest Market.

Regional Director of Client Operations Requirements:

· 2-3 years Business Development experience

· 2-3 years Client Relations experience

· 2-3 years Client Retention experience

· 2-3 years Networking experience

· Must be willing to participate in the company's pre employment screening process and continuously meet the any applicable State, County and Municipal requirements.

Regional Director of Client Operations Responsibilities:

· This role will be responsible for the development, growth and retention of new business opportunities for Metro One LPSG in the retail and Logistics industry.

· Focus will be placed on providing Loss Prevention Officer services for store, logistics, warehousing and corporate headquarters applications.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through utilization of existing industry contacts, networking, market research, participation in local/regional trade and professional organizations, as well as by working with the local Metro One LPSG management team to identify potential business leads.

· Influence, steer, provide for and oversee the growth and expansion of any new and/or existing retail client to its fullest business potential with Metro One LPSG. Provide hands on assistance during high peak, seasonal periods and/or special events within the market of responsibility.

· Ensure client retention by establishing and maintaining open lines of communication and providing ongoing support and assistance, always with a sense of urgency, in response to any client concern, want or need.

· To take on any task or responsibility relative to the development, growth and retention of Metro One LPSG’s retail business as deemed necessary by Senior Management. The position reports to a senior member of management to be determined.
