Elite is looking for a Maintenance person for a Siouxland client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Maintenance will be dependable with a keen eye for detail with maintenance experience and solid technical knowledge. Technicians must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
• Perform minor repairs such as a broken lock or filling gaps on walls, etc.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Install appliances and equipment.
• Perform garden/yard work such as weed and trash control.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems such as ventilation.
• Check the functionality of safety systems such as fire alarms.
• High safety considerations
• Other duties as assigned.
