Global Future of Self-Care Manager, CB

This position reports to the Associate Director Self-Care CBI and is based at Fort Washington PA. Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025

Role reports to: Associate Director Self-Care CBI

Location: Fort Washington

Travel %: 15-20%

Pay: 123,000 to $166,000

What you will do

This role will serve as the Consumer & Business Intelligence lead for the Future of Self Care team. Through deep consumer understanding, external market knowledge, and implementation of key Kenvue Brand Growth principles, you will be part of a high-performance team that will:

  • Identify opportunities for sustainable business growth

  • Drive short to long-term innovation

  • Develop world-class launch toolkits to increase physical and mental availability for our brands

Key Responsibilities

  • Key strategic partner for Future of Self Care and the Versalie Brand:

  • Provide strategic partnership with the Future of Self Care team – supporting key future-focused initiatives and the Versalie brand.

  • Analyze and understand the most pressing needs in self-care, delivering actionable insights to the Future of Self-Care leadership.

  • Lead the development and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) CRM strategy and activities.

  • Develop a perspective on inorganic opportunities leveraging multiple data points, including primary market research and secondary/syndicated data.

  • Unlock potential and drive growth within the Versalie Brand and Women’s Hormonal Wellness category, understand the external landscape, voice consumers and customers, diagnose business performance, and address business issues.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the Versalie panel for custom market research.

  • Support the innovation / NPD agenda with marketing and R&D, leveraging strong business acumen, an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior and unmet needs, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Deliver segment analytics leveraging market share data, point of sale data, panel data, and other data forms to provide segment leadership with clear and actionable business performance insights and analytics.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of basic market research techniques, shopper research, syndicated data, real-time digital data (e.g., online product reviews, social media) & business and market trends to contribute to category strategies and brand growth.

  • Executes strategies according to current and future business objectives to support future-focused business growth.

  • Integrate knowledge from multiple sources and create meaningful interpretations and recommendations that address business issues; interpret and pragmatically translate research learning into feasible business-building action steps; and ensure alignment with key business partners (including brand marketing, sales strategy, and top-tier mass customer teams).

  • Use knowledge of key macro trends and leads understanding of consumer, market, and competitive landscape to diagnose business performance and address focused business issues; Leads and applies understanding of brand/marketing fundamentals to assess brand health, and assists in the innovation pipeline, marketing plan, and category/brand strategy development

  • Understands and interprets straightforward key business issues/questions and develops the most appropriate research design and analytic plan to address business/ research needs. Act as a business partner, not just a market research specialist. Helps team set strategic direction. Creates consensus.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree in relevant field preferred

  • 5 years of total experience, progressive experience within market research, advanced analytics, consulting, or related fields required. FMCG experience is preferred.

  • Breadth of experience with consumer research, including methods, techniques, agency partners, and business applications. Must have comfort & aptitude to apply these skills to various situations and guide others on how to interpret/drive action against results under supervision.

  • Actively builds trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, align on timelines and deliverables, collaborate on shared objectives, and ensure impactful progress towards goals.

  • Familiarity w/ Digital Analytics, Data Science, & Advanced analysis techniques, allowing for application in basic routine situations with supervision.

  • Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely

  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive multiple high-profile projects to successful completion and on time

What’s in it for you

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $123,000 to $166,000. This considers several factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
