Legrand AV, Inc eCommerce Sales Analyst in St. Paul, Minnesota

GENERAL PURPOSE The eCommerce Sales Analyst plays an important role in supporting all online sales initiatives for the Sanus and Echogear brands by analyzing sales and advertising KPIs across the eCommerce sales channels. This is an integral role working with both eCommerce 3P/marketplace teams and North America retail account management teams to drive market share growth in an exciting and evolving industry. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Analyze and inform a proactive strategy based on data for expanding Legrand Audio Video Division's online presence across marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart.com as well as retail.coms. Analyze and report on traffic, advertising, competitive activities, product performance, etc. Support the execution of online marketing plans and initiatives for consumer and trade audiences (including site optimization and SEM efforts). Responsible for analysis across sales, advertising, and competition in key retail.com channels (Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Target, and more). Collaborate with retail account management and Sanus marketing teams to grow share via SEO, advertising, conversion, and new product launches. Engage with our retail customers' advertising teams to learn new methods, optimize performance, and strengthen our partnerships. Provide project management support for ongoing activities including, web updates, online promotions, retail.com efforts, etc. Develop sales forecasts in conjunction with Demand Planning and Logistics to ensure inventory stays in stock at 3rd party distribution centers. Be the eCommerce expert for online analytics tools for advertising, trends, and best practices. Assist with monitoring online reputation of multiple brands across multiple 3rd party marketplaces. Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations. Demonstrate our five core values of Integrity, Customer Responsiveness, Innovation, Passionate Contribution & Empowerment and Continuous Improvement JOB REQUIREMENTS Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and MS Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system) Familiarity with social media sites Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed Follow-up and influential skills to gain support and inspire others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties Minimum Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree required. Degree focus in marketing, advertising, business, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years' experience in online consumer sales/marketing Minimum 3 years' experience with paid search, affiliate, SEO, and/or affiliate marketing preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience with Amazon Seller Central, eCommerce, extracting and reporting data all a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Retailer Vendor Portals and Systems Strong PC skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) Experience/passionate for the consumer electronics industry is a plus WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.
