Description

Our client is seeking a permanent full-time Paralegal to join their busy firm in Statesville, North Carolina. This role will focus on family law trials and litigation matters including divorce, child custody, land and estate disputes, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution cases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Paralegal highly preferred

• Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Trial Preparation is highly preferred

• Proficiency in Clio or similar tool highly preferred

• Proficiency in MS 365 including Teams and Planner tools highly preferred
