Summary: Respiratory Care Provider CRT or RRT Description:

Qualifications: Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license through the State of Texas Department of Health. Actively certified or registered with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required. Current BLS certification required. ACLS certification preferred. Must be a graduate of a recognized COARC or approved 2 year repiratory therapy program.

Primary Function: Provide all levels of respiratory care in accordance with physicians orders, utilizing a thorough working knowledge of respiratory procedures and general knowledge of related anatomy and physiology.
