Blackstone Valley Hospital has a well-educated, friendly team that strives to partner with its clients to provide the best care and attention to their furry friends. We are proud to serve the communities of Uxbridge, Mendon, Blackstone Valley, Douglas, Upton, and Northern Rhode Island for decades (20+ years!!) . We are a full-service facility offering cats and dogs a wide variety wellness and preventative medicine, diagnostics, radiology, dentistry and surgery. We have cared for hundreds of pets from their puppy and kitten years well into their golden years, and everything in between!
