Providence St. Joseph Health Health Equity Project Coordinator *Remote* in Vancouver, Washington

Providence Health Plan is calling a Health Equity Project Coordinator who will: Assist with the management and planning for the health equity accreditation process for the equity office Be the liaison between the Equity Office and Quality Management department Lead successful coordination of the accreditation requirements for the health plan Assist with the review, development and ongoing delivery of identified areas in the accreditation project plan Be responsible for the development and administration of a culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS) program Develop policies and procedures for diverse workforce Conduct analysis to integrate DEI in governance processes Support development and ongoing monitoring for spoken language services Assist in the ongoing development and delivery of DEI training program for PHP caregivers and providers Serve as a resource for coordinating analysis for disparity assessments and interventions Be collaborating with SME's and business owners to assist in document preparation, tracking action items, coordinating meetings and assisting with document submission processes We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States / Regions: Oregon Clark County in Washington State Required qualifications for this position include: 2+ years' experience in project management, program coordination, team facilitation, data analysis Preferred qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Health Administration or Human Resources -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 1+ years of Accreditation or regulatory compliance experience, and DEI/Health Equity/Population Health experience 1+ years of experience in Excel Functions, Developing PowerPoint Presentations and creating Graph/chart functions in Excel / PowerPoint 2+ years Healthcare organization experience 2+ years' experience building relationships with customers, executive management, and project stakeholders 2 years' experience identifying and resolving problems while retaining strong and effective working relationships Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and work is successfully completed within deadlines Why Join Providence?
