[Qualification and Licensure Requirements]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Current applicable state RN license required.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Current applicable state license as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Privileges (NNP-PP) required.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Must submit information necessary to complete a National Practitioner Data Base search and meet Legacy's standards for results.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Requires experience in direct patient management in the Oncology subspecialty.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Knowledge of acute and chronic disease states, administration and prescription of medications, and delivering physical care following treatment plan.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
