nVent Customer Service Representative DK in Vejle, Denmark

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Your goal is to ensure an impeccable customer experience by assuring we deliver in time the orders and by keeping them timely informed with accurate information about the status of orders and other related queries or requests.

  • Receive and answer customer calls/queries

  • Assist our sales department with technical support

  • Coordinate technical solutions between our customers and technical office

  • Process Product orders via the ERP system

  • Quotation management. Prepare quotes on request from customer & sales team and coordinate shipment with the logistics department

  • Be a single point of customer contact related to customer orders

  • Issue credits/debits to customers

  • Support finance in resolving payment disputes

  • Effective backlog management

  • Log/Report/Resolve customer complaints.

You will maintain a high level of Customer Focus: act with customers (internal and external) in mind; dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of all contacts involved in ensuring the customer project needs; be a problem solver!

YOU HAVE:

  • Technical understanding and abilities to support our customers working within the electrical automation and switchboard industry

  • Ideally of 3+ years’ experience in a similar position in a technical sales-oriented environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required

  • Amazing organizational skills, being able to handle multiple activities at once using resources effectively and efficiently

  • Order management: understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient. Affinity regarding order management systems (is a strong advantage)

  • You are great at maintaining the total picture of a product order.

  • Be a standout teammate!

  • Languages: Excellent communication skills – native Danish language skills essential as well as an advanced level of English
