The qualified individual will be responsible for supporting Vee Technologies’ clients by having deep experience in managing IT projects with clients and offshore development teams. Advanced knowledge in system-level architecture, application development, and database management is required. This person will work with our clients in IT technical presales activities and client management along with Vee Technologies personnel during implementation and support.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and products and services, including their features, functionalities, and benefits.

• Identify and engage with potential clients in the presales stage to collect technical requirements and formulate potential solutions. Support the development of technical proposals and RFPs as required.

• Conduct thorough technical needs assessments with clients to understand their IT requirements, challenges, and objectives.

• Collaborate with our offshore and client technical teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and provide maximum value.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and development teams, to support the company objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience  

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT products and services.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) a plus.

  Travel Requirements/%Time: Remote position with the ability to travel 50% or more of the time within the United States and internationally.  

  Geographical Preferences/Requirements:  Anywhere in the USA near a major airport
