What we need for this job:
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
Two (2) plus years experience in a clinical environment
Experience working with younger kids, ages 2-10
Experience with play therapy models
Familiarity with working within child welfare and juvenile justice systems
Passionate advocate for clients and families who have experienced oppression or discrimination
Within 12 months, full licensed LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
Collaborative, and client centered experience
Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
Background, passion and desire to work with adolescent clients with substance abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety
