SteadyMD is looking for a dedicated physician with 51 state licenses for a weekend salaried position. This position would provide 51 state coverage on all SteadyMD programs as necessary and outlined by our teams.

Position Overview:

• Role: Physician at SteadyMD

• Location: Fully Remote

• Schedule: Weekend Coverage - PT 25 Hours

• Salary Compensation Range: $137,000-$158,000

Requirements

• Board certified and in possession of a valid DEA certification

• At least 2 years post-graduate independent practice

• Comfort with technology, professionalism, and strong communication skills

• Telemedicine or virtual care experience strongly preferred

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

• The physician must have an active medical license in all 50 states and DC.

• Ability train and credential on any program to provide support during the scheduled periods.

• Typical schedule will fall within 5AM - 11PM CT. However, this physician must be flexible to provide coverage where needed.

Patient Care

SteadyMD has a variety of programs including but not limited to urgent care, weight loss, lab ordering and review, functional medicine, and primary care. This position will be expected to train on all programs as assigned by SteadyMD and provide support during scheduled shifts. Must be comfortable and willing to provide a variety of patient care on both adults and pediatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret lab values and conduct scheduled remote consultation visits with patients

• Request further diagnostic tests as necessary based on patient outcomes or requirements

• Evaluation of patient’s medical history, physical findings and diagnostic/laboratory data

• Initiate and prescribe drug therapies, diet/exercise therapies, topical and systemic therapies. Must be comfortable and licensed to prescribe hormone replacement therapies, when clinically appropriate

• Provide culturally reflective services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, sexuality, age, and gender

• Cultivate an environment of trust and compassion between patients and providers

• Collaborate with other SteadyMD clinicians
