JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated person to supervise our sign shop team, develop and utilize graphic art designs, and provide support for our great employees and customers. This person will oversee day to day sign shop production, support priorities, operate sign making equipment, and ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS include:

• Team Player: Ability and desire to work with others across the company, providing exceptional service to our employees and customers, and helping the company grow.
• Organizational Skills: Prioritize, organize and complete multiple and ongoing operational functions with high quality results and within specified timelines every day.
• Self-Motivation: Work independently and with the team to accomplish responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
• Graphic Design Software Knowledge and Experience: Required
• Sign Production Experience: Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Perform any/all Sign Tech duties
• Train and mentor sign shop personnel
• Oversee production and printing functions
• Provide Graphic Art design and development
• Ensure exceptional customer service for all customers
• Misc support and work/project assignments
• Pay close attention to detail and ensure quality in all work/tasks
• Monitor and manage materials/inventory
