JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Delivery Associate - Consumer Channels in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Consumer Channels team,you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and recommend adequate resources.

  • Organize a bi-directional pipeline of Change requests into a prioritized backlog for processing.

  • Partner with stakeholders to refine requests ensuring the problem, scale, impacts, priority & benefits are clearly understood and cross-functional partners to fill gaps in understanding.

  • Present prioritized requests (with a customer lens) to key decision makers, in alignment of stakeholder priorities.

  • Track and manage hygiene of all records, statuses and communications, develop subject matter expertise on Channels owned experiences and platforms.

  • Be a strategic partner to the Channels Quad leads & stakeholders, apply logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making.

  • Be a self-starter, detail-oriented managing own workload and deliverables, Communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels.

  • Apply knowledge of Jira, Jira-Align for excellent record management, hygiene, and reporting.

  • Drive operational discipline, success and efficiencies within the team and the broader organization's processes, new ideas.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.

  • Experience in product deployment processes

  • Experience working with Web & Mobile platforms.

  • Experience in Requirements Analysis

  • Ability to make decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.

  • Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills to both technical and product audiences, including senior executives.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Jira-Align & Confluence including Reporting.

  • Experience with agile product development techniques and delivery

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • Experience with large scale technical, Content platforms and APIs

  • Experience working in Banking & Financial Domain

  • Ability to refine complex Business requirements into functional and technical stories.
