Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules for service technicians.

• Handle incoming customer service calls and communication.

• Assign and manage dispatch of service calls.

• Organize service routes for technicians.

• Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians.

• Arrange site visits for service, repair, and testing with customers and technicians.

• Manage after-hours on-call schedule.

• Schedule safety testing teams and communicate with customers and inspectors.

• Maintain online service tickets and process daily payroll reconciliations for field technicians.

• Update service ticket database as necessary.

• Regularly update customer information in company database.

• Provide administrative office support, including answering phones.
