General Summary

WellSpan Health is actively seeking a full-time, family physician for a reputable primary care practice in York, PA. Enjoy a traditional family medicine role with inpatient work at the WellSpan's York Hospital, an award-winning, teaching hospital.

Position Highlights:

• Combined outpatient practice with inpatient coverage every 6-7 weeks

• Join a team of 7 collaborative physicians in this sought-out, suburban practice

• Will precept and conduct table rounds with FM residents

• Will have support of FM residents while on inpatient service

• Great outpatient schedule: 8am - 5pm with one evening shift biweekly

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and

• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and

• Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative skills.
